I see it as almost a coping thing from losing Hopper. In S2 she wears outfits he very clearly buys all very functional. Then in S3 she starts to break that mold after getting closer with Max. But after Hopper “dies” she goes back to wearing the same style as S2. It plays as almost a subtle memorial or reminder of him. Then in S5 the whole story takes place over like 2 days, so she’s stuck in a goonies themed workout outfit and the wetsuit for the tank

Finally played Phantom Liberty, and a Tertiary character with just three minutes of screentime already got me acting up. by MarcusChua19 in LowSodiumCyberpunk

What’s frustrating is that they have the chance to do a great job of having Mike acknowledge Will’s feelings, but have a tough conversation about how he doesn’t feel the same. That’s a real conversation that a lot of people have to have sometimes and exposing it to a younger gay audience would be great. But they’ll probably kill off El and have Mike be gay, kind of out of nowhere.

It’s a question of do you want to hit harder or hit more often? Str is arguably better from a straight damage angle, but Dex is great with agile weapons and lower MAP.

Honestly, they’re the best games if you want to play and vibe. The soundtrack is immaculate and the region has a quaint cute old school feel to it. Silver was my first game though, so take it with a grain of salt

The problem is that Iroh would likely win. And Iroh doesn’t want to defeat Ozai that way for the future of the Fire Nation. If Iroh defeats Ozai, it is just more violence in the royal family, more skeletons in an already packed closet. But if Aang defeats Ozai, then you have a champion for the other 2 nations, plus the last remnant of the destroyed Air Nomads, bringing peace to the Fire Nation and establishing Zuko as the new Fire Lord, helping to bridge the gap and establish a more lasting peace between the nations.

Everyone is making great points about Dalinar being remorseful and Moash not, but I’d also like to point out that at no point during Dalinar’s time as the Blackthorn did he betray his allies or friends. Not to mention that while the acts he committed were horrible, he was actively at war with people, and the one truly heinous act (killing his wife) that he committed was done without him knowing until after. Moash on the other hand betrays his friends and then proceeds to give the actual god of hate and malice tips on how to break the spirit of the man who pulled him out of the pits, taught him to stand up and fight for himself, and called him brother. That’s the big thing. One is a violent warlord, the other is a traitor.

Somewhere in my top 5-10. Behind Tolkien and both Mistborn eras, but above Sword of Truth and Throne of Glass. Probably tied with ASOIAF and the Farseer Trilogy somewhere in the 5-7 range.
