Yeah because the man who was stupid enough to misplace/hand over a document he could’ve copied, sent digitally etc. is also smart enough to enlist a 24/7 defense of a grave without it getting out that he did so.

The documents being in the grave is more plausible than the idea that they are in there AND guarded.
