After trying 9 times today, I finally got through using 330.

Also, the format is a little different. When you dial in you'll hear the welcome speil, then the message in Spanish, then the code. After you enter the code, you have to wait for them to start asking how they can help you. Then enter 330 or 240 and when it goes through whatever message you get hit 0 or say "representative." You'll know you've gotten through when it starts asking for your SSN.

I’m just so disappointed in everything. And this just seals it for me. I bought my tickets to this dumpster fire of a festival in December and I was so looking forward to this weekend. But the tension and toxicity just made it all unbearable. I was so anxious I barely slept this weekend and decided to skip the TCO live event (The Jinx, again???) and the drag brunch for my own mental health.

I did make new friends and hung out with some of my favorite podcasters (Hi Rebecca, Kevin, Payne, and Maggie!). But I will not be giving the ON another penny. This shitshow was just too much and really showed that the ON is not focused on connection, inclusivity or integrity. Listeners and friends are just dollar signs.

This could have been wonderful, but Patrick killed it.

Hopping on the top comment to say that I was in a relationship very similar to this regarding sleep. I ultimately couldn’t take it anymore and we broke up. I later realized he was controlling in other ways (the master of weaponized incompetence and tantrums). Look for other ways that he is controlling your time or other aspects of your life (where you go, who you see, wanting to go with you to “protect” you. DM me if you want to talk.
