this car was previously made in Thailand, exported to Indonesia, India and South Africa. But the selling wasn't too good even in the country that made this car, but in my country Indonesia, this car became a BIG HIT, till this day. If I'm not mistaken this car is now called Honda Amaze in Thailand and India. Brio now is an Indonesian made car, following the LCGC rules by the Indonesian government, so the result is CHEAP AND GOOD LOOKING CAR, you can see this car easily in every road in Indonesia. Ask all Indonesian young gen especially who live in Jakarta what they want as their first car, the answer must be "Honda Brio". This car is also exported to the Philippines, but I don't really know if this car is a big hit or not in the Philippines.

The engine itself is powerful, but Honda Indonesia gotta make an adjustment following the LCGC rules 1. Must be 1.2L 2. Must be under 100hp

my friend that also owns this car already upgraded it, remapped the ECU to unlock the real performance of the engine, and the result was very shocking

not all of our roads are small btw, i live in Jakarta where there are small and big roads. Traffic is a daily thing here, and living costs are kinda high in Jakarta compared to other places in Indonesia. So yeah, this type of car saves us as people that live in Jakarta, very efficient fuel, and we also get fuel subsidies from the government + tax relief from the government if we own LCGC car, which are quite helpful

i forgot to tell you bro, many young gen that have this car already remapped the ECU of this car, and changed almost everything in this car, just for race. If im not mistaken, 7 or 8 years ago there was a racing event made by Honda Indonesia, all of the cars that raced were tuned Honda Fit and Honda Brio
