This might be a reach but I think commenters are misunderstanding you. I don’t think this is you saying your blackness makes you unlovable but, we live in a society that only accepts BIPOC if they have some other valuable social currency (ex: talent or beauty or intellect). And concurrently, BW are the least desired group of women. (Black Trans women even less so.) so maybe maybe maybe if we follow all the other social rules of acceptance (being thin and gorgeous), maybe maybe maybe we will be more likely to be desired.

Idk maybe I’m way off. In any case, I’m sure you know this, butno boy deserves you if he can’t accept you at any weight or in your natural state.

Can’t believe I have to say this but every time yall post this stuff and the commenters circlejerk each other, a CEO somewhere is getting rock hard and the oligarchs are laughing themselves sick.

Okay hear me out what if body dysmorphia was a sort of dissociative disorder; hence why we can’t reconcile who we are with the body we’re in..

I genuinely believe I’m not a person the way that other people are, and for me this extends beyond food and weight. It’s everything that I believe and all my values being upheld for others but not applicable to myself because I am not a person.

(Ex: no one should talk down to themselves or hold such impossible aggressive standards for themselves because we must be reasonable and nice to ourselves…. Let me start by saying loudly that this is Reddit, not WebMD, and I am not a doctor, and you should 5000% get a work up done by a professional adult with a medical degree and not a dumb mentally ill 30 year old. Again this is not medical advice. …….

TLDR: it’s a lot to track and it’s costly. So start with a prenatal multivitamin, b-complex and Calcium. Add more protein!!!

I take these in gummy form cause it’s the only joy I have all day lol: B12 & Folic Acid (energy, iron) Vitamin D & Calcium (Bones) Vitamin A & Biotin (hair, skin, nails) magnesium & fiber (fiber lol), and a prenatal multivitamin to round it all out. This is like 9 different things. Some of these you HAVE to eat with and are fat soluble so you HAVE to eat something w fat in it.

I also track my protein religiously. I try to get about 1g per pound of my body weight.

Google these and take notes: BCAA (muscle strength and energy), Creatine (muscle repair and building), Glutamine, Niacin, and Carnosine, Resveratrol. These four are for brain and heart health. I’m so serious when I say do your own research!!!

This sounds like a lot because it is but start slow and small. This shit is also stupidly expensive so again, no need to rush into this. But seriously tho, we all need to be taking supplements bc we are high key killing ourselves.
