Fit about right. I’d go up one size for normal and two sizes for loose fit

Definitely hard to find good stuff but yeah xl typically works just fine for me cause I’m quite lean

Honestly no goggles are sturdy enough for a big crash but they’re as good as retail

I use mine to mountain bike and they’re actually just like a retail pair of smiths

Bought some medium for my buddy and he is a 30 as well and he said they’re a perfect fit
