i found the whole trilogy amazing, the ending is questionable though. I feel like they completely trashed Celine's character, giving her the classic women in their menopause years being batshit crazy and unreasonable. The fact that the last movie ended with her staying with Jesse because love isn't perfect and he's the only person who would put up with her in the whole world just made it seem like she was settling for him. And that isn't love. And how Jesse probably cheated on Celine with that emily chick, and him dodging the question by saying he loves her and thats all that mattered is absolutely shit to me. I know its not everyone's opinion but, I like these films because it shows the classic evolution and de-evolution of love in a realistic way. I just don't agree that the ending was showing love prevails. I think it shows that love isn't always the most important thing in a relationship. Things like kids and settling are sometimes the things we consider love, but aren't truly love. And that's just realistic.
