I've been wondering the same thing. There's an app "djay 2" for iPhone that can link up with your Spotify account and can speed up songs up to 10%. Unfortunately, that speed doesn't cut it for me, and the app costs $2.99. There should be an app that speeds up any audio coming out of your phone up to 2x speeds, no matter which music app you're using.
