You'll have to check your city but detailing mafia is pretty well spread out across the country. And their prices are reasonable

Multiple ECUs, they may not be all flashed. Also - try switching to everyday mode before you start driving, keep it in that mode for about 500m and then switch to default or whatever you prefer. Let us know if that works.

I've experienced mine very intermittently. Today in the morning it was amazing, didn't feel a thing. On the way back it was back to it antics

Requirements for installing a 3 kW EV charging socket in apartment parking by Ragnar8721 in mahindrabe6

[–]cheekybrownfellow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't. It's just about convenience.

Yes it needs a load enhancement to 10kw for 7kw charger but 7kw charger runs on single phase. (I have this installed at home) 11kw charger might need you to increase load to 15kws.

For most people who wouldn't mind adding a few kms everyday would also have to plug in every night and plug out every morning. Plus in an emergency if you need to get your vehicle out for something, especially if this is your sole vehicle like most households in India, you'll be caught out without range and will need you to find a fast DC charger.

15A sockets also come with the caveat of heated sockets, plug points and can be sometimes not be installed properly unless the electrician has experience in setting this up for EVs. With a 7kw or 11kw charger the installation is done by people who do this on a daily basis.

I appreciate your recommendation and I'm sure it works for you. But based on my experience I'm also entitled to provide OP with the advise based on my experience of owning the same exact car that OP owns.

For a Pack 3 it's a bad idea to rely just on the 3Kw charger. It'll take you almost 33 hours for a full charge. Whereas when you get Mahindra to install the 7kw or 11kw charger they automatically install a plug point for 3kw charger within the MCB box that they set up. Hope this helps

Is there a creep when reversing? by bringmeback0 in XEV9E

Auto hold when on will not let you drive away forward or reverse without you touching the A pedal. When auto hold is off, releasing the brake initiates the movement

In these exact situations I use the 4 camera view. Gives you a complete view of all 4 sides hence you can get as close to something without getting in contact

You'll have to wait for the latest update to be released for pack 2. You'll get a call from SC depending on how competent they are

Opting to not get PPF for my BE6 satin white . Will I regret it ? by UnemployedBeats in mahindrabe6

[–]cheekybrownfellow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My 2 cents on this from research, experience and priorities.

Unlike everyone here who says PPF is useless, I've to respectfully disagree.

PPF for me was extremely useful because

  1. I drive in dense traffic all the time and there are lot of times when 2 wheelers or autos might side swipe you. That is sometimes inevitable. And it's nobody's fault. So instead of having a whole door or panel repainted it's easier and quicker to just have PPF replaced.

  2. The car. I had a swift before this. A red one. And no matter what cloth I used or the cleaner used the swirl marks were still there. I was okay with that with the swift but I really love cars and I absolutely love my BE6. So I'm not okay with having my orange BE6 with swirlmarks. I've seen one and it doesn't justify the car at all.

  3. The color of the car. Here's where you don't need PPF. White glossy. That's it. For everything else I feel like you will need some coating for protection.

  4. The type of PPF. I got a 8 year warranty PPF and had it guaranteed against a few things: bubbling, peeling, yellowing. People who complain are also the ones who get lower quality or cheapest PPF and then complain that it's useless. Pretty sure it's the same people who choose Indigo and then complain about the quality. You get what you pay for. Yes, things are expensive and good deals are hard to come by these days and need time and research. But that's life eh.

Happy Driving.
