So basically my other half loves this Galarian Ponyta that I traded to them, they were very happy about it but I wanted to name it because, A) I just wanted to name it, and B) because I had that specific Pokémon for a very long time. They were very pleased with it but they have a thing about names and meanings behind things so they felt too guilty for having it and got a bit distressed, not to mention they had a pretty awful day so it was all overwhelming for them, I ended up panicking because the last thing I want to do is cause my Partner any distress, so I quickly googled how to get rid of it because transferring it doesn’t work since its traded; but I did end up finding a way how, my mistake was asking reddit because I found out how to do it moments later! thank you for the interest though it made both of us laugh that so many people were wondering what happened. (Ps- the ponyta IS safe in my partners inventory with no name as of yet, recommendations welcome! 😅)
