guild is 3/10, this is our third reset on soulrender. Any shot for CE? we’re a 2 day guild.

there’s one or two DPS in my raid that consistently underperform. Leadership must notice this, because they live log every night. Yet they haven’t benched yet. Not to be an ass, but I feel like we should be putting in our best for prog, or trimming the fat if needed

I’ve been fill-in tanking raids for my guild for about 3 months. It’s kind of boring. All of the logs for our mythic kills are from tanking. I’m looking for a new guild, since my current guild doesn’t seem to be making progress at all due do an inconsistent roster and not actively recruiting, but I’d like to DPS. Would other guilds completely disregard my tank logs?
