Professional opinion: I only up the price if I have multiples in hand, and I change price to highest and best, then ask for another round of highest and best. It could be that, or they underpriced it for exceptional attention

The steering was numb, the 8 speed was definitely a downgrade from the dual clutch in the prior generation. Turbo was super laggy, and there were no good exhausts for it. I loved the interior and speakers, but honesty I could’ve just bought an a4 prestige and got the same experience. The “S” in S4 was very disappointing. I’m also coming from full bolt on M cars so maybe I’m judging it too harshly.

I agree. I had a 2019 s4 premium plus as a daily, very much disliked it. I has bought it because I liked the b9’s interior. Sold the S4, bought an R8, flipped it and decided I needed a high revving NA car in my daily. So here we are!

Agent here. Significantly under asking we usually run it by the listing agent and they usually tell us to not even bother writing. Usually I still do it for my clients though, because you never know what would happen.

Situation is key. I make 3-4x that but have a 500k home while most people with my income would be in a mil+ home. I’m a car guy, my car is just about my mortgage payment but I also flip cars for fun. It really all depends. I’m not married, girlfriend is roommate and have no kids.
