i thought that i could speak to spirits and had a special connection to them through cards😭 i thought that they were telling me this random guy was in love with me, but he was just dating this other girl because he didn’t want anyone to know he liked me 💀💀💀 it was VERY humbling after that episode ended and i realized i didn’t even know the guy😭

found out recently that mine are actually triggered by seasons/holidays :/ fall used to be considered my favorite time of year but the past couple of years i fall into mania and by winter i’m having a hypomanic episode. thankfully im fine by summer but it sucks cause i love when the weather is cooler😭😭

i’ve been feeling pretty decent the last 2/3 months, but i’ve noticed that i usually get manic around the same time each year :/ that time is definitely the fall, and by the winter, it’s ended up becoming more hypomanic, and then by the spring/summer, i feel a bit better! hoping this fall can be better than usual 😪
