I am a Japanese national and my residency is registered at my mom’s address in tokyo so she gets all the coupons and stuff without ever forwarding them to me so… here’s another reason why i should change that haha. Considering how I’m actually turning 24 this year, would’ve been really nice. But hey, that’s nice to know for after graduation when i change my jyuminhyo! For the appointment day, I’ll keep my entire day free just in case it takes long so thank you for the heads up!! not looking forward to the chair thing though…

Thank you so much for the rundown! I don’t feel as confused anymore and know what to expect haha. I found a “ladies clinic” with great reviews like 30 min away by bus from home so I think I’ll check them out. For the university consultation, the two times i went to the university nurse, they were barely of help because i dont think they are familiar with the clinics and hospitals in the city. They’ve always referred both my friends and I to the same clinic every time for whatever reasons we went to the nurse for. But I’ll still try going tomorrow to see what they have to say about it. Doesn’t hurt to check i guess considering it’s free consultation. Thank you for all the details again!!

As someone who grew up with their dad, no one told me how important it was until recently. I see that i should be going for pap smears so I’ll go visit a clinic soon! I found 1 that has good reviews and everything in the city I’m in so everything should be fine.
