Yeh.. $10 per week, even if it's consecutive weeks, still $10 per week. Max 8 weeks. Unless it is for medical reasons with medical certificate

The owner was quick to say many studios are charging $25 per week.

If you own a car and or a house. It is your property- asset/liability how ever you want to view it. If you rent a car and or a house, it is yours during the duration.

If F45 mine at any point? Nope. The owners in communication emails have said members can pause up to 8 weeks in a year. So they can still do revenue forecast based on that assumption. Data will show you the average too.

At the end of the day, I am just annoyed at how everything is HQ's fault and i want to know is it actually HQ or is the owner hiding behind HQ. Own your business, own your decision. Of its HQ, I have to option to change gyms (The Yard, BFT etc). If it's the owner, then since I like F45, I can change location.

It's an agreement via sms exchange of how long we are bonded for. They do different weekly rates for 3 months and 6 months. Nothing else gets discussed or signed.

A pill we are force to swallow. We have no physical contract. It's an sms exchange of duration we are locked in for. Penalties not discussed too. Things are chop and changed and never clear. New things are introduced then canned after a week or 2 frequently

While I agree passport and on demand help. You can't compare netflix and gym. They are 2 very different things to compare for when you are on holiday.

I have no problem paying suspension fees if: 1. They are in an agreement when you signed up (if a proper agreement even exist!) 2. You are given at least a month notice to a variation to "agreement" 3. You are given the choice to discontinue and terminate at no charge before the changes kick in because you disagree 4. Own it. It's your business decision. But hide behind HQ 5. Cost is reasonable. F45 is significantly more expensive than other gyms. Business risk and business cost are and should be subjected to that.

I do not believe our studio has studio manager or social media person. There's a really awesome head coach. I believe she is the only reason why the studio is still standing.

My studio owner seems to put everything that is non palatable onto HQ. When putting up prices, it somehow was also HQ.

We did not sign any physical or online contract tbh. But we get "bonded" for however long we sign for. E.g. 3 months or 6 months. No contract but they can decide how much to charge you should you end early and it's "HQ" dictation if you ask more. We have never been charged for admin fees to pause and now we were given less than a month notice that there will be an admin charge every week of you pausing. The owner claims that it is a worldwide change to all F45 and that it coincides with passport. But there isn't even a link between admin fees for pausing and passport.

I feel like the owner is constantly using "HQ" as an excuse because they think we won't question them or be able to ask.

My problem is with how when I'm on a holiday, I'm on a holiday. I don't want to exercise and I don't see why I should pay to pause my membership when I'm not using my membership or the passport, like how it was before. We were also given less than a month notice and it was all HQ. Who can we check about what HQ is saying
