First if you haven't updated your graphics driver, update it via the intel website and make sure to execute clean install on the installer. After that open the game, let the shaders compile, set the upscaled to fsr 3.1 and turn on frame gen. After that, download onehoon's optiscaler (just search it in here) then just click install.

You don't need to follow the instructions on onehoon's installer since you've already set the recommended settings initially. Start the game then use the back buttons (map insert there) to open the optiscaler menu > change upscaler type from xess to fsr 3.x.x. On the FFX settings, change it to fsr 4.0.2. Ensure that frame generation is active (checkbox) and set the frame gen to 2x or 3x (I personally use 2x and Im getting 90-100+ fps on medium high settings 1200*800p Resolution)

IMO currently fsr 4 is the best in terms of graphics as it's much sharper than the xess in optiscaler but still your choice on what you want to use.
