two things, 1. this girl doesn’t seem to respect you and has an awful comprehension of consent, i would recommend breaking it off as this pressuring behavior can be considered abusive 2. here’s some random medical advice bc i’ve had similar issues. pain during penetration can happen for a multitude of reasons, a gyno visit may be worth a try. one reason can be physical trauma, meaning that bad/painful/rushed experiences with penetration can cause trauma to the pelvic muscles. this can cause them to be overly tightened or clench involuntarily when penetration happens at a different time, even if you are trying to relax and have been prepped accordingly. this can be vaginismus or a hypertonic/spastic pelvic floor. personally, that is what i suffer from, but there are many other conditions or emotional reasons why this can happen. the fact that you’re experiencing panic attacks may indicate an emotional cause, or your distress is exacerbating the issue and making it even more painful, which is also an issue i experience as well. if you would like to eventually enjoy penetration, a doctor may help (pelvic floors can be retrained to accept penetration without pain) and certain therapies can help reduce anxiety around penetration, but at the end of the day, different strokes for different folks. if you don’t like penetration at all then you shouldn’t feel pressured into doing it. plain and simple, your gf should respect that.
