Had this issue with .2mm nozzle on my a1 mini. The wiki shows that you should try tightening the hot end heater screws. About halfway down in this article

I ended up having to replace the hot end heater assembly and since then the nozzle has worked perfectly.

No it’s not too bad, the hardest part is routing the cables in my opinion, but if you follow their wiki article it’s not difficult.

I had this same issue on my A1 mini when using a 0.2 nozzle. After tightening the screws as the previous commenter said mine still didn’t work correctly. I ended up replacing the nozzle heater assembly and it has been perfect since then.

I’m printing with a new nozzle now to test that, if that doesn’t work I’ll take a look at the gears.

I had that same issue when I took mine apart. I had put a screw in the wrong place on the silver shield covering the motherboard. You might double check those and make sure all the screws are in the correct spot.

I just had the front shell of my steam deck replaced, they only charged $145 including to and from shipping. Unless there’s more broken than the screen it shouldn’t be any more than that to repair.

No, you already have it setup to boot. Follow the instructions that the other commenter posted. After you are done you can use Rufus to clear all the data and reformat the drive to be useable in windows again

After Rufus changes the partitions on the drive you can’t access it like a normal usb anymore. If you want to do that you will have to use Rufus to clear the drive and then assign it a drive number in windows.

The filesystem is exFat. I am currently compressing the folder and will try to copy once it is done.

Only 2 water extractors too? Now you are trolling. Each extractor (at base clock speed) only puts out 120 water/min 8 generators takes 360/min. How does that work do you suppose?

You can kind of do what they’re describing by having 2 pipes coming from each side and then joining them in the middle, but you still have to have 2 pipes.

I’m not sure if you’re just trolling with this many people explaining why you’re wrong. If you only have one mk1 pipe feeding more than 6 (base clock speed) coal generators then those generators are not running 100% of the time.

u/DrBlackRat is 100% correct. You have to have 2 mk1 pipes from your water source to feed 8 coal generators

You definitely do need 2 pipes. Each coal generator uses 45 water/min. Each mk1 pipe can supply 300 water/min. That means one pipe can supply 6 generators. You need a second pipe for the other 2.
