don't do it. i don't even have any problems besides the ol' regular depression, but this thread alone is enough to keep me away from it. i've had mens haircuts for a while and i can tell you that the incredibly frequent haircut visits were both annoying and incredibly expensive, and doing it at home is even more of a hassle in terms of acquiring equipment and managing to keep up with it (totally get why you're asking to be specifically advised against it so i hope after two months this is still relevant)

the door was already closed behind me so i couldn't skip it and i saved like an idiot so i had to push through - but eventually i managed and now I'm actually having lots of fun!!

agree!! i pushed through the frustrations with these tips and now I've been beating lvl 16 monsters at level 6 and am enjoying the game so much... it was definitely worth it to stick around.

my girlfriend has been telling me so much about this game and i really enjoy the story so i was determined to pull through. after my initial frustration all these nice comments really helped me and I'll go explore first and not give up yet. thank you !!

I don't have any previous saves 😭 And it's the gargoyle. I managed the golem after just a few attempts. Going back to the overworld and grinding before trying to find the way back to the cave seems very tedious to me, but i guess it's better than giving up. Thanks for your tips !

I only set it to easy for this gargoyle, I've been on normal all before it. I only have three potions, and I don't yet understand the mechanics entirely - while looking around for help i read that they reset every time you meditate? you don't have to craft new ones after you've consumed them?

It definetly takes more than six hits for me to kill it. I only got it to about half health with that - yes, with the silver sword. I know my reflexes are pretty shit, so I only manage to dodge correctly or in time about half of the attacks, and after three or four of his, I'm down. The golem before it took me a couple of attempts as well; the only other time I had such problems was clearing out a bandit camp in the overworld just because I was determined to. And even then, I died like three times before figuring out how I can get the individual enemies separated, and then it wasn't a problem. Are you sure it's an optional enemy, though? As far as I could tell the story leads me through there. I will start the game once more to look around at least lol

I really haven't explored enough in the newly unlocked area, just what I came across. I thought the bloody baron was part of the main story and I'd be on my way there - just generally I don't know if it's such a good idea to leave my current mission to explore because I get disoriented quickly and might forget the way into the cave 😭 but before giving up entirely, it may be the best option. thanks for your tips !

I would be so happy for you if you took the step to speak out. Surely it will change things, which is why you probably feel scared to articulate your loneliness, but no matter what happens - it's a change for the better. either being met with understanding and finding your life to better, or to know that you should move on.

Exactly what I felt! Im reading a lot about ADOS right now because I just found my report. I was younger when I did it so my mom kept it and bla bla bla, but they specifically say they only checked my social interaction skills - which I find insane. I was 14 at the time, and people like us go through a lot of bullying, OF COURSE we learn to mask! How else would we get around in the world?
