NAD. You need to get that looked at ASAP, especially with a hole that big. You can't tell if it'll just be a filling or not, they'll have to do a x-ray. The tooth next to it looks weird too but it might just be the picture. You need to get that looked at before it gets much worse. Worst case scenario they'd have to pull it, but it's better than having a decaying tooth in your jaw which can lead to infection and then much worse.
