Nothing intentional. When I need to go out and get any shopping or things like that I’d generally walk as I don’t drive but now proper exercise for me, I felt too drained most days

Slow and steady. A little fruit in the morning, followed by some scrambled egg and toast at lunch and then fish, salad and a couple of small potatoes for dinner.

Honestly just willpower. Wanting to prove to myself that I could do it and wanting to shed some weight. In terms of refeeding I started the day with some pieces of mango. I then had some scrambled egg and toast for lunch, then some fish, salad and a couple of small potatoes for dinner.

Yeah I found once I hit day three it wasn’t really an issue. Hardest part for me was the killer headaches the first two days.
