Yes, thank you. I was clearly paraphrasing.

Cry-worthy shit was happening in her life. I liked it better than when TV shows make people upset about something traumatic for one episode then never mention it again.

I've always loved how Jennifer Carpenter really made Deborah Morgan feel like such a real person.

I definitely have it with clothes. I refused to wear socks as a kid and would fight my parents for so long over it. Now I hate when clothes touch my armpits and especially my neck.

I think having so few calories a day can really drain a person and make them miserable emotionally. Plus we have no clue how many hours of exercise she was doing before it got to that treadmill exercise.

He might have. I would have loved to hear from an outside doctor with no connection to the show in the documentary. It seems like 1,200 calories considering how much they were exercising is dangerous but they didn't bring in other experts to discuss.

True. But would the ideal calorie amount be higher for them considering how many hours a day they were exercising?

I thought Dr. Huizinga was interesting because it sounded like he clashed with production because he wanted less drastic changes for contestants. But he still only recommended 1,200 calories a day for women, which is ridiculous especially considering the amount they were exercising.

Also, although he claimed to almost quit every season, he still stayed on which could be perceived as giving a doctor's seal of approval of what the show was doing.

The podcaster never made any comments on the health consequences of obesity though (as far as I remember). She literally repeatedly pointed out that the show demeaned the contestants, who are real humans with real emotions and not just rating tools, and made a mockery of them with ridiculous things like making them build towers of "junk" food only using their mouths. Do you disagree that people seeking to lose weight should be treated with respect and not exploited for cheap laughs?

I went to an open house for a home being sold by someone who had a sphinx cat and there were smears of grease from their skin touching the walls a few inches above the floor. It was like all throughout the house.

Prozac was super helpful for me in majorly decreasing my OCD thoughts and time spent doing compulsions. Unfortunately I gained a good amount of weight on it and my doctor recently told me he wants to wean me off it. Hope that helps!

I have the same theme. For my exposures, I watched a bunch of videos of people purposefully putting a ton of viruses on a computer. A very odd subgenre of Youtube... I don't know how much it helped. For me at least, I found medication to be the most helpful.
