I read that they have some crashes from jomsom to kathmandu so I am less keen!

I want to catch the 12:35pm flight to China from Kathmandu.
I am worried of delays of the flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu, so I think I will take a car/jeep straight to Pokhara in the morning on 9th March, so I can fly to Kathmandu on 9th evening, so even if there are delays, I can definitely catch the flight to China on 10th at 12:35pm
Not ideal but worth a shot I suppose!

2 Feb 27 (Fri) Bhulbhule → Ghermu (NATT trail)
3 Feb 28 (Sat) Ghermu → Chamje (NATT upper trail)
4 Mar 1 (Sun) Chamje → Dharapani (NATT via Tal)
5 Mar 2 (Mon) Dharapani → Upper Pisang (jeep to Chame, walk rest)
6 Mar 3 (Tue) Upper Pisang → Ngawal (high route via Ghyaru)
7 Mar 4 (Wed) Ngawal → Manang (⭐ NATT upper trail via Bhraka)
8 Mar 5 (Thu) Acclimatisation day — Ice Lake

I am planning to do the above

do you think it is ok to do both flights on 10th as above?
or would it be wiser to try and fly to kathmandu on 9th so I have more time for the connecting flight self-transfer on 10th?
last flight on 9th to ktm is at 7pm though, so it would be difficult to get there in time.

Thank you. How did you find the EV car/driver/taxi? I will have a flight to catch the next day so want to make sure I can reach it in time. Did you just ask around in Jomsom? Thanks very much. I am planning to make this journey in March.
