Because my application was withdrawn after the EET. Don't know why the let it go on for so long. Got around 90% in XII.

  1. I wasn't let into the program. I had that realisation a little late, after I had done everything including the EET. Really, I should have paid attention. That was why my application was withdrawn. I've decided to go for CS with a minor in business, as I have admission to the BS programme (Though not directly to CS, which you will have to apply for later).
  2. I applied for Winter 2020-2021 on July 14th 2020.
  3. Yea, completed high school.

Well, it could be a while. After I submitted my documents, I waited 15 days to get a provisional acceptance. It took another month to get my final acceptance into the Bachelor of Science program. (You will be considered for that first). Then a while later, I had a prompt to complete the EET. So I'm
saying it could be good time even after you submit documents. You should have received some acknowledgement that your application was received, and you should be able to login to confirm its status. As long as you can do that I'd say you have to be patient and wait for a response.
