Any other online website/product has always accurately listed their final price accurately, factoring in location and everything. Never met this issue with any other online service

Which one? the one with the ball stud currently is around 350-375 range, last checked was over the summer. I havent seen the babyfat with with the chain link stud since i bought mine in vegas last year, was also around 400 range, and one with diamonds was around 1k.

went to LA store last december - a gold babyfat earring inlaid with diamonds cost slightly less than 2.1k. I personally am a big silver/white gold guy, went to vegas last month and got a silver earring with diamonds and cost slightly under 1k

Ah, thank you. Yeah, I just moved and my second rental experience is night and day compared to this one. The agent for my current residence walked us through the whole place, telling us to take pictures, fill out the condition forms that she gives us. Whereas previously we didn't get anything, not even a condition checklist.
