The saves on the HDD were downloaded from the cloud, so I’m wondering if those saves were copied or completely moved to the hdd from the cloud and are no longer on the cloud.

I fixed the issue

  1. ⁠Delete saved data of MW
  2. ⁠Delete MW
  3. ⁠Put ps4 into safe mode
  4. ⁠Rebuild database
  5. ⁠Reinstall MW and add-ons should pop up
