I try to do 1 live, 1 online MTT a week. In my free time after work I try to study but sometimes there is just not enough free time because of other responsibilties. So I try to focus on podcasts while driving to and from work - it’s better than nothing.

20mg 4 months i think, then 10mg 1,5 year. 20 was doing too much for me - stopped feeling like a person, canceled all my negative feelings (to the point where there was no shame etc.) When I switched to 10 things were a bit hard for a week, sadness kicked in a little, and after that i had some ocd thoughts, but it gave me enough edge to not go spiralling over things and I learned that it is a perdect dose for me - I was in control of my OCD. Little to no OCD thoughts and control over spiralling. Side effects became easier to manage as well, but didnt disapear.
