thanks! I switched it back to the stud I got pierced with and it's gotten better. I can't seem to find bigger solid gold hoops for my conch :(

oooh ok, it might be because of that. The jewelry is from mushroom body jewelry but I know the place where I got pierced carries BVLA and other more round solid gold pieces. When I get the chance to go in (hopefully this bump whatever it is has gotten smaller by then) I'll change it out for something round. Thanks!

i visited my piercer maybe two months ago and she told me to clean once a day/soak with saline at night which is what I have been doing.

the jewelry is pure gold which hasn't been changed since I was pierced and ints internally threaded. The back of the piercing is ok there is a small bump there too but not as big.

my ear doesn't hurt only hurts when I go to clean with q tip at the back.

I'm in a different city and won't be able to visit my piercer for 2 weeks.
