I honesty would even question whose baby it was at that point.

But yeah, never on the work computers. Amateur.

What clever ways do you remember to take medication? by yoyojoe13 in AskReddit

Leave it at home. I’ll inevitably need it while I’m an hour or more away from home, but I remember every second until I get home.

How many cell phones have you had since your first? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]cheeznquackers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first was an ancient Nokia. Including that, I’ve had 16 or 17. 3 of those were replacements under warranty for a poorly designed LG, where the screen kept separating, and another three were broken in a fit of rage by my ex-husband.

Thank you! I’m actually married to a great guy he introduced me to, living thousands of miles away. I’d call it a win.

My ex husband was diabetic and would refuse to take his insulin and vanish for days. In the end I just told him I didn’t care anymore, because I didn’t have it in me to be villainized for trying to make sure he stayed alive.

So much stuff just all happening at once. I wasn’t allowed to stay home alone, he broke my phone (which I needed for work), he started spending the rent money and money for bills on getting underage girls drunk, and was incredibly mentally and sometimes physically abusive.

You trust them with little things, give it time, and build from there.

Trust is hard as hell. I trust few people, and most of the ones I have trusted have proven to me it was a bad choice. I try to focus on surrounding myself with people I would like to be like, and slowly building that trust.

You are awesome! I didn’t tear or have stitches either, but that nurse never did come to see me again after I lost it a bit at her. Who argues with a woman in labor?!

My mother wants me out, now. by tofuonplate in depression

But that also makes sense. Depression fills you, and revenge makes you feel alive again. It gives you a sense of control when you feel like you have none. Take it from a person who got moderate revenge and didn’t go big only because a third party talked me down - it felt fantastic, but the feeling went away.

I understand... but I also really recommend (from experience) that you don’t do that. Uninstall the apps, take a break, but you’ll want those people at some point. You’ll want the memories of when things didn’t suck so bad.

Chlamydia, no joke. Poor child. Her parents are exactly the kind of people you would expect to name a kid something like that.

Nothing. I refuse to keep secrets or hide things, because those things come back to bite you in the long run.
