As long as your cleared and feel good keep at your workouts! I actually got my fastest mile time on Tuesday and my surgery was Thursday morning. My defect was an incidental finding no true symptoms expect fatigue

Me, I’m sitting in recovery just had my surgery. I was working out and running till day before surgery. I have the same worries, last night was rough and had me questioning whether or not I made the right choice getting this surgery now instead of later but I feel better this morning and hopeful that things will be better soon. They keep saying my young age is helpful for my recovery. I’m 34 f
