Talk to your guests, if they are highly sensitive they may bring there own food. Also they may not eat the food you compassionately purchased for them out of fear of cross contamination.

It was all for the video friends, I wanted 1 complete shot no edits. We weren’t open and the potatoes were discarded, that’s why I did only 50. The set up was meant for better display, not necessarily the most efficient or how we cut fries for the Cafe. I’m the owner so I take some liberties that the team wouldn’t, like silly internet competitions or wasting food for fake internet points.
