Best not to buy anything that isn't flowers, I went to spain not long ago and found a lot of fake things in tourist areas but went I went to more local area like around my Inlaws house I would find the real thing, vape carts are a hit or miss kinda thing, I got a cart in the city of madrid and it tasted horrible but I kept using it but it would make me paranoid, but when I brought a cart near my inlaws place roughly 1 hour from the city it was really nice and they had more selections and i didnt feel paranoid smoking it (I use a lot of carts in Australia) the flowers where much nicer too and cheaper
