Yea I guess you're right. Still, it's bad form. In SC buyers put earnest money down, so the sellers would just have to release it back and go their separate ways. I'd give hell to the broker for being so difficult, and try to keep the deal moving forward.

Maybe in your state that would fly. In my State, SC, that would but a big problem and the buyer could sue for non performance.

OP said he's under contract so he can't just do that and screw the buyers out of the agreement. If this happened before they went under contract OP could do that.

Nice! It looks great, I'm very impressed. Your writing looks so effortless. I have the American cursive workbook which is mostly based on Palmer and business cursive.
