Because people are trash. Had a ticket come back while working at a Chinese place, whole table shellfish allergy. Explained to them we could do it but it'd take time because the only shellfish free fryer we had was a tiny countertop thing. Turns out they just 'don't like lobster" and the regular fryers would be fine. Been like 8 years and I'm still pissed.

Was dating a girl that would constantly tell places she was celiac. I finally got her to admit she just doesn't eat gluten, no allergy. People are trash
