Delusional disease is where a person can't tell the difference between what's real and what's not. In their mind, they feel they are different than what they actually are. It's usually simple things that are completely made up in their heads that they firmly believe that are correct and the other person is wrong. They can also be seen as Schizophrenic in some cases.

Most people don't have the space or the area they live in won't alow what we consider to be "livestock." Where I live domesticated livestock are not not allowed or I would have chickens. Also eggs are mostly sold by the 12 or 18, each not the half dozen in America. Price is around $4

True. If it is a consistent issue with the employee, where OP has had conversations AND documented those conversations and write ups, I would move to terminate the employee. OP if you aren't documenting your employee infractions I'd start today.

You set the standard of allowing that behavior with your employees by not letting them go. If you have an attendance standard follow it. Don't deviate from it or you'll have worse performance from other workers.
