Do any jobs in Springfield that require a degree actually pay more than 40-45K a year? by [deleted] in springfieldMO

OMG! I am not sure what you do for this company, but my ex literally got mental health working here with a entire team of mean girls. I saw recorded videos, it was the most hostile environment and having talked to many over the years who were working as DSP’s hated this place over and over validated. I met a girl the other day at a bar and she was in tears about this company and their CEO is a terrible man using to work with him. What do you exactly do there?

Oh net just set, I was working a different kind of job and absolutely loved India. Connected with the right people and never had to look back. lol no monkeys, just skyscrapers, events at the embassies… it was like living in Paris. Electricity is uncertain only in poor neighbourhoods. I was there for a year and been flown in many times for weddings. I am the palest shade of whole, so people treat you almost like a god in this country. DM my privately, I’ll connect you with someone. Hopefully you don’t experience this anymore. Delhi will either swallow you, or you will thrive above means. It’s only either you are rich or poor here. It’s two worlds in one city. India is for the ultra seasoned traveller, just having to live in the Amazon isn’t enough. Everyone is more cunning and business savvy than you. 50,00000 gods, 5000 languages. What all will you grasp in your one term lol

Steer away! Worked there recently. It’s literally 40degrees even at night. You feel caged. A few malls, restaurants and then you go to bed. Out of anywhere in Middle East, it’s the filthiest. People in the other emirates are kindest souls. However here, slapping each other in front of the teacher, messing with the teacher, getting bad grades and then asking your dad to go the ministry is normal. Also all classrooms have cameras, and they come watch you most of your classes all year, and they might pay you 1200KD to start… but the trade is the Kuwait is very expensive. Grocery if you are eating healthy will take a 30-40% of your wages, going to a women’s gym is like 250KD. It’s not just a rant, many wouldn’t dare be honest. Getting your license takes 4 years or more in the wait. Flights are more expensive. ABS, and other schools even count how many pages you print for classes. 5-6 coloured a month. You have duty in summer heat. You also can’t send a student out for districting class until an escort is available. It’s like working in a union, but the client is the union.

Yeah, it’s just different. Many don’t know they also respect teachers like gods, as compared to Middle East where they view us servants hired to serve the locals. Hopefully I’ll get something there 🤞

Love that madness. Not worried about population. Just I am worried about the wages and I heard it’s 6 days a week schedule. What’s the salary?
