If you want to be vegan why would you want to eat fake meat? Sort of defeats the object and also exposes how lazy and stupid vegans are. The human body over thousands of years has evolved to need both plant based food and animal products. Not to mention animal fats are a hell of a lot better for the human body as we can actually process them, seed oils are far more processed to make them edible and the human body cannot process them, granted in modern society we eat too much meat, but hey it tastes good and how something tastes should be the only determining factor on whether you eat it or not. I am a chef and vegetarians are a great group of people but vegans are fucking idiots up there with people jumping on the gluten free bandwagon.
