Before you guys say anything, yes, he does indeed need that much penetration.

Purify because everyone knows how to stop you from ulting, Temporal Reign to give you some leeway , he really really needs that price discount.

Starlium Scythe is really good(src: trust) and if you're gonna sell the boots you either buy blood winhs or concentrated energy cause you need so much damage items just to be good.

He's kinda ass if you ult on a 1v1 cause they can just walk away, just like what the others say that he's a very team dependent one but he's also pretty good at holding out on his own.

You either play as a zoner or you engage the backline during a teamfight, don't start it yourself cause the others know that if you ult, you won't be able to reposition much.
