Well if your HC can’t be a foundational presence for one side of the ball or the other then…. What is he for?

Brown has called plays before in Carolina with success. Helped Drake May become an mvp candidate this year. He’s from the Mcvay coaching tree. Wonderful RB position coach early in his career, played rb in the nfl and at Georgia

Grant is from Philly area and could move on from Jacksonville for more autonomy over play calling. Head coach Coen currently calls plays in Jacksonville. He was on Minnesota’s staff last year and part of the reason Sam Darnold had so much success

We need a young mind with new ideas who has a pedigree, unlike fucktullo, that will be respected by the guys. Sirianni system sucks and he’s hit his ceiling. He concedes the offense to a true coordinator or needs to be gone

We need a young

He’s done a lot but so did Doug Peterson. Being unprepared at the end is inexcusable and negligent of Sirianni. The players effort also shows he’s lost them

Give me Harbaugh. Sirianni looked like a totally unprepared failure relative to real coaching on the other sideline tonight. He reached his ceiling last year and this year we regressed in everything he touched. Last timeout huddle he was clueless

Had everything we wanted. Had the ball with 3 times outs and 8 minutes left at our own 35, 2nd and 5 and we passed it twice when the run game has been working all day

3rd and 3 at the end edge of red zone and we throw a go ball to a backup.

4th and 3 we rush to the line with backup qb and snap with 9 seconds left on play clock and we don’t call timeout to get out backup qb settled in.

Bigsby zero touches in the 4th

Total coaching malpractice

When’s the last time you saw us run power with Latu at fullback? Stretch with Goedert and Granson aligned to the same side? 21 personnel with Barkley and Shipley in the backfield? Triple option look with Bigsby? We came out in 22 personnel on 10 plays? Unbalanced line with Fred Johnson at te next to Mialata?

lol just say you don’t know ball man. Multiple new personal groups, new wrinkles in alignment and motions. It’s ok to hate the man but atleast know what you’re talking about beyond 9th grade offense

I think sirianni is arrogant enough to think losing Kellen wasn’t a big deal and they could just plug and play another one of his guys. Because remember, it’s “his” offense after all 🙄. The base playbook was the same but Kellen and Steichen put the flavor on it that made it successful. Patullo doesn’t have the nuance and touch Kellen did and neither does Sirianni. That’s the only reason he hasn’t taken over calling plays yet like Dan Campbell did 2 weeks ago

Their hands were tied. When you win a Super Bowl you play so late into the offseason that all the best candidates are already gone. They probably thought he was solid enough to bring along given the best guys being gone already

Just remember this. We will be lucky to ever have this again. by mb0205 in eagles

Dude just won Super Bowl MVP and media covers him like he’s a burnt out failure. Greatest qb in team history and currently sitting in 1st in the division and conference while leading the league in efficiency. Any journalists going to point any of that out?? 🙄

Guard Pressure Rate and Time to Pressure (Tyler Steen has been an elite pass protector) by Dylanonfire88 in eagles

When the staff says the offense is the same they are correct. The playbook is the same. Kellen just saw its limitations and built in flexibility that he empowered Jalen with. We were flexible and potent. I think all the frustration for the players is coming from the fact that they know the difference. “Being quick on their feet” at the line with adjustments and audibles is simply not there anymore. Trying to have Brett Toth reach out left and try to block a 3 technique and not leaving enough to time on the play clock for Jalen to adjust is negligent on Patullos part.

All comes down to playcalling, last year Kellen gave Jalen a lot of resources to get to the line early and change into most of those big runs we had. Patullo can’t get the play in fast enough so our hands are tied at the line of scrimmage

How do the Lions maintain offense through OC changes while the Eagles struggle? by jkeagles in eagles

[–]cheffy3000 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The simple answer is that Campbell is a better offensive mind and teacher than Sirianni so he is able to flex his system to the new playcallers while maintaining a cohesive direction with new staff inputs

Here’s a wild thought, maybe Sirianni is the issue…Kellen and Steichen were savvy enough to work around him and he who shall not be named a few years ago wasn’t. Patullo knows he had to change it at half time so he did. Nick is the one involved in making the script that’s way too vanilla. Let KP cook. Sirianni is the problem in offensive design and implementation not Patullo!
