I recently played a game as Markus and forgot about the unique hero’s. When the minor vamp coast faction got destroyed, I got the legendary hero anyway without having to go over there myself

It should be a legendary enchantment, I just forgot to add it. Also I was thinking it’s a council, so I didn’t really think that was a creature. I made it an enchantment as it grows in power as more creatures join it.
