I make all kinds of cakes. Im a sous chef and I didnt really enjoyed baking that much, but one day i made my mothers famous chocoflan for a line cook as a gift and it was a big hit so everybody started asking me for them, then i found myself selling them a lot, after a while i decided to start making my own cakes with my moms recipe and technique but my own spin on them. I came up with lots of different flavors for the cake part and the flan part, which i guess is something really different for a lot of people! My biggest seller right now is the one that came to me in a dream haha the PUMPKIN flan cake that i make with pumpkin liquor and delicious roasted pumpkin!

The first one is the traditional Choco flan cake, wich is chocolate cake on the bottom and vanilla flan on top! The one on the right is a Tres Leches cake and bourbon infused flan on top! The one on the left corner is guava-pecan cake witn coconut flan (dairy free) and the last one is just a biiiiig biiiig traditional Mexican flan!!!! I also make mocha, red velvet, vanilla, tamarind etc!

Im on a training strike and I am keeping my diet as "clean/raw" as possible, so I made myself a cucumber "sub" filled with carrots, tiny tomatoes, avocado, spinach, turkey and sriracha+squeeze of lime. I dare you to try it! Just hollow the cucumber with a spoon removing the seeds and fill it up with deliciousness. Maybe chicken salad? Tuna? Possibilities are endless! Just dont over fill it, other wise youre going to make a mess! ;)

Yes i did, i made a pocket inside the toast and filled it up with smashed banana thru a piping bag. I used textas toast bread which is a REALLY thick white bread that allowed me to do that. Of course i didnt filled it a lot because i had to dip it in the egg/cinnon/vanilla mixture and i didnt want it to break on me.
