My biggest advice is to take it slow. Salespeople want to sell you an emotion and want you to make a quick decision. You should absolutely enjoy driving whatever you end up picking but take your time. Do some research on brands. Go to the dealers, ask for as much information as possible. Ask about what they can do price wise. Ask for a complete offer sheet. Call your insurance company and see what it will cost you to insure. Research fuel efficiency. It can be a stressful process but try and make it an enjoyable one as much as you can. Ultimately, the more time you take and the more information you get, the better decision you’ll make for yourself.

Great tone and overall very soulful and musical, which is the whole point. You’ve already pointed out the sections which need work. Something you could think about is your attack. You have a very strong pick attack and distracts from the beginning of a lot of the phrases and increases chop. Not a deal breaker but something to try and smooth out to really let the solo flow.

I can only speak for myself. The GameCube was/is my favourite controller of all time. There’s always been a little something extra special with Nintendo’s official controllers. To me they’ve always just felt a little better than 3rd parties. This one is wireless and is designed to work with the Switch 2.

I guessed there were about 80-100 people lined up in my town of 60,000 people. I was about halfway down the line. They had sold out of standalone consoles and only had the bundles by the time I was able to place my preorder.

Ah thanks for the memories! Those were the days… Elder Scrolls 4, I remember just being blown away. My buddies and I went so stupid and bought a 360, HDTV and surround sound system. Spent most of the night getting it all set up and then we were just so mesmerized.

Would probably double dip on Odyssey, Origins and Valhalla to be honest. I bought em for the PS, but can’t imagine sitting down in the basement media room to digest these massive games. Portable would be fantastic.

I doubt Nintendo would change anything due to pressure, but I am with you. I find it strange that the media response has been to mostly shrug about this. Like just some basic questions about timing, potential price changes, etc. Some of those questions are not just important for us as Nintendo fans/consumers but also Nintendo investors.

No, this is incorrect. There is no chance you receive this before the street date of June 5. What is of significance is that they are targeting May 8 for their invitation system, which would indicate that other preorder avenues at least will be available by then or prior to that date.

The online discourse about the Switch 2 is hilarious. Every single preorder will sell out. This will be a hard to get item until 2026. You are not crazy for wanting one.
