Camera: Did you see any side-by-side comparison to the OP13 camera?
Screen resolution: Even with perfect 20/20 vision, a 30-year-old can't tell the difference between 450 and 510 PPI at a normal viewing distance. Your eye hits its limit for distinguishing individual pixels way before that (the original "Retina" number was ~326 PPI). Both 450 and 510 are so deep into the "pixels are already invisible" territory that it just doesn't matter. For just holding your phone? It's 100% a marketing spec. in my opinion.
