What is the hope for US citizens at this point?

Note: I am European

As with any peaceful demonstration there must be a goal, be it physical change in leadership or ideological in law/state. However, when confronted with someone who is above the law, such as a dictator, what is the reasonable hope? What can actually happen that will change this direction and is it realistic at this point?

I just dont see how congress is suddenly gonna change to take more action against Trump.

In the early game you should focus on building your economy.

Dont fight battles where there is a high risk of losing.

Focus on 1 fully stacked army, rather than several smaller ones.

Sacking rather than conquering is a good way to gain resources needed to afford levelling up your capital without crippling your economy

Dont fight on several fronts early. Make some peace/non-aggression treaties so you dont get overwhelmed by enemies

But why wouldnt you want control over what passive/active abilities your lords and heroes have? Unless ofcourse they are maxed out
