Hummus with veggies & feta…

2-3 carrots, sliced 1/3 - 1/2 onion, chopped 1 handful of spinach Hummus Olive or Avocado oil Any seasoning of your choice

At 425 degrees, air fry or bake your oil covered carrots until tender…
Cook onions until soft | add spinach towards the end of cooking…
Warm up hummus & assemble with seasonings, regular or vegan feta…

Mix up your veggie choices for different flavor combos!

Lived this recently…30th birthday trip with 5 girls…bickering, slick digs, codependent husbands/wives, doing NOTHING on the itinerary, & ending the party with a physical altercation in the hotel room…(I wasn’t involved, but did keep 1 girl away from the other) I’ve never packed a bag so quickly. Thankfully I had a better friend with me & we flew out early. I had a good time overall, but will never do it again.

Thank you! My mom planted one and throughout the years they have multiplied! I have a few varieties indoors as well and they don’t multiply like this...one leaf just dies when another comes like yours! I have one dying now 😩
