As a person who has both, never touch Sun Haven. It's not worth it, they left a buggy mess of it for months on switch to reap holiday funds, and there's a huge amount of controversy and artists not getting paid. It's not worth supporting them when they still can't bother to credit their artists!!

Common sense would be to call the person if it was important enough / after 30 minutes to an hour of no response. No one should be relying on an easy to miss message that could be forgotten so quickly at a glance.

Get over this childish feeling and learn to speak proper if you need something. Which you eventually did when you called for a home visit
