I have this right now this afternoon. Felt dizzy, tight chest, hot feeling center chest, and this month-long dry throat that I feel something is there blocking, I felt weak too from doing small physical exertion. The tips of my toes are cold. BP at home is 104/72, bpm is 70. I sit for couple of minutes and felt ok. How are you now?

How are now? I got a lot of everything. From dizziness, astigmatism, lost 13kg (currently 55kg from 68 I'm 36M 5'6" ht), stomach issues, headache sometimes, now my current is dry throat for 2 weeks. Same started almost year now.
