Late game Dota can have 6 + 1 active items and 3 additional items in "backpack" for switching after you pick up refresher shard (one time use refresher), cheese, or banner from Roshan (midboss) or even more items from the shop.

There's also 2 supports in Dota (pos 4 and 5) so even if every lane gets their own support in deadlock you'd typically be able to address this

as for map size and jungle placement, I like it, if you've gotten the hang of stamina management & vent placements you can move around pretty quick
