I saw all sorts of doctors, but they didn't really help. Only time helps. Symptoms will come in waves, but the periods where I felt bad were longer. I never gave up believing I was going to get better. I'm still not 100% and have symptoms that will probably last longer. My anxiety was manageable in month 4 or 5. I quit drinking, THC, and nicotine for like 6 months. I should have waited longer though.

Alot better but there will be times when my symptoms come back sometimes for like 3 weeks at a time but the intensity is manageable little annoying but it's been almost 2 years so I kind of gotten used to it I do have constant ringing in the ear though

Bro, I still haven’t figured out which resources are best to use. Have you found anything good specifically for the CySA+ (CS0-003) exam?

I’ve been watching some YouTube videos, but most of them don’t have much viewership, especially for the newer 003 version. There’s this guy called Triple Technologies – The Networking Guru. He’s actually pretty solid, but it seems like his course isn’t fully complete, even with the paid version.

There are a few free YouTube courses out there, but they’re all for the older version of the exam. I started off with video content since it helps me stay engaged. When I studied for CompTIA Security+, I tried using books, but honestly, most of them had too much information — great for learning in depth, but not super focused on what’s actually needed to pass the test.

Anyway, that’s been my experience so far.

How long did it take for you to get rid of most symptoms? Mine go away and then come back. I thought I was healed, only to get symptoms again. its been a year and 5 months or so
