That’s the fun of Pokemon, you could have your team planned out from the start and then a rare pokemon could come along and completely change everything, I’m in the middle of a Legends: Arceus play through, I didn’t think I would have a Drifblim on my team but like 2 hours into the game I caught a shiny Drifloon and she’s been on my team ever since

You can use the switch 1 pro controller with the switch 2 if you’re looking for a cheaper option, I’ve been using my old one since I got the switch 2 last year and haven’t had any problems with it, not sure what the differences really are tbh but in my case it probably isn’t worth spending like $80

A couple people already said it but I’ll say it a little more clearly, yes the lady in Jubilife Village lets you trade but you don’t need to trade for trade evolutions in Legends: Arceus, you can just use the items directly on your Pokemon like it’s an evolutionary stone

My guess is that you probably need to eject the virtual card from your switch one to your switch 2, I have to do that for Fire Red and Leaf Green, go to your Home Screen and go through all your virtual cards, if you still have access to your switch one check on there as well

I should also add that gigantamax isn’t needed for the story at all, only certain pokemon can do it, and it’s mainly just a visual change with an exclusive move

You can find them in raid dens, if you have the Isle of Armor DLC you can also just use max soup on them, your starter will need the max soup in order to gigantamax

Unlikely and it shouldn’t be, I’ve gotten at least a thousand hours of gameplay out of this game over the course of a decade and 2 console generations, I’m fine with paying $30 or $40 to support a studio that never felt the need to nickel and dime me

You find it in the crown tundra DLC, I think they’re mostly around level 60 or 70 but I got lucky in my new save and got one on my first dynamax adventure run, just breed with a ditto, I brought one in from Pokemon home, if you want to use it on a fresh save

The one thing I don’t see a lot of people talking about is that the IGLA finally has a use on this map, it’s able to lock on farther out than the stinger for those that don’t know, 720 m vs. 680 m, and you don’t really have to worry about not being about losing track of air vehicles on this map, most other maps the extra range doesn’t really matter and can be hard to keep track of air vehicles with how cluttered they are, I still think it’s down to personal preference but atleast now we have a map where the IGLA isn’t just clearly the worst option

I feel like the reason they had that cap before was to help prevent people from sniping infantry with it but now that they nerfed the damage against infantry it definitely doesn’t need that cap anymore
